i stayed seven nights the room had quiet air conditioning and universal plugs. breakfast at amber kitchen included fresh fruits and juices. punpun from the concierge suggested activities and told me about a full moon edm party.

the grounds are lovely with a winding river like pool. the staff at the front are very helpful and professional, it a pleasure. i think children's pools are very creative and well equipped, like sprinkler area and pirate ship. i appreciated staff are helpful and professional.
the kids' club is well-designed and nicely stocked, but everything inside is heavily overpriced. a simple boiled egg for a child costs over thb 100 at the restaurant, i think it's something many hotels provide complimentary for kids. even a basic coloring activity costs an additional thb 400++, it feels unreasonable.
